Colorado has some of the highest altitude real estate areas of the Rocky Mountains, and also has Counties with the highest national FHA loan limits.
That means you can borrower more money on an FHA loan without having to get a higher cost "Jumbo Loan" than most areas in the USA.
The FHA loan limits vary depending on which Colorado county you are buying a home in.
